These workers had to do their jobs under terrible working conditions and ambiance and they got no time off in a week. Certain companies compelled them to work for more than 60 hours per week, which is beyond the endurance capacity of any human. These workers had to go through verbal and sexual abuse of their supervisors, and to top it all, they were not fairly paid.

The government came up with ethically responsible clothing to protect the rights of this labour force, who just wanted to earn some money for their families. Undoubtedly, even these poor people should be educated along with their children about the labour laws and standards being their right. This way they will be aware of what actions they can take against the companies who do not even allow them to take legit holidays. The idea of ethically responsible clothing is to ensure that the rights of these humans are protected.
