What about salt? You must have heard that salt is not the best for you either. Watch this like a hawk. Watch the stomach line shrink and keep the cardiovascular system working efficiently to boot. Keep your eye off that salt shaker.
You have the right mind set and you know the rules, now you can’t let it go to waste by eating everything in sight.
